Irina is a HR generalist with a wide range of expertise across all HR functions. She approaches her HR work with a desire to create favourable environments for efficient workflow, active listening, communication and strategic planning. Irina has a strong belief in self-development and inspiring others to develop through effective communication.

Irina has particular expertise and knowledge of HR operational and management processes, application of tools in managerial work, experience of mentoring and coaching managers in HR and leadership competencies, as well as training of HR specialists of all different levels.

Additionally, Irina has considerable proficiency in hiring & onboarding, performance management systems, employee development, organisational development and strategic planning & budgeting. Irina has been instrumental in the successful implementation of HR training and mentoring projects into a number of companies.

Over the 15 years of her HR career she has occupied positions such as Head of HR, Chief Operating Officer, and more recently as HR Director in multiple medium to large organisations operating in a range of industry sectors (health / medicine, retail and wholesale trade, education, finance, IT, production).

One of her most noteworthy achievements was when she managed and developed a network of educational centres for families expecting babies or with children under 6 years of age in two cities – Kharkiv and Kyiv. Through her planning and budgeting, she attained all of the network’s financial goals and organised the opening of a private kindergarten.

In more recent years Irina has broadened her experience as an independent contractor and has held strategic sessions for business in various markets. Some more recent projects include:

Since 2015 Irina has been a corporate business coach, and an HRD Academy business coach (“PROFI-Consulting”, Ukraine). In 2018 – 2019 Irina was a business coach of “Schools of Paediatricians” (“Mamin Dom”, Ukraine). Irina has presented as a speaker at regional and national HR conferences.

When Irene is not working, you can likely find her reading a book, practicing yoga or gardening. She loves to travel and immerse herself in cultural experiences, and has a penchant for creating DIY contraptions.
